DIY Natural Hydrating Curl Cream

Hello, my sweet friends!

As you know, I love using natural products. I’ve changed over most of my skincare routine to natural products (although I’m still trying to find the perfect combo for my skin), and I’ve found a hair care line that I like that’s pretty natural as well (shout out to my babes that love Shea Moisture as much as I do). However, curly hair care lines are pretty pricey, especially if they’re on the more natural side. As a recent college grad still trying to get a grip on life, I have to pick and choose where my money goes. As much as I would love to splurge on a tub of hair cream every other week (yes… I really use that much to “tame” these curls), that’s not realistic.

I found myself needing more hair product, and decided to throw together this miracle cream after looking through my stash of natural goodies. This DIY natural, hydrating curl cream has so many hydrating components to it, and it smells so amazing (almost like Aveda)!

Ingredients:

Place the coconut oil and shea butter into a bowl and beat with a mixer until combined and smooth. Add in the aloe vera gel, jojoba oil and vitamin e oil and beat again.

Add your desired essential oils into the bowl and mix one more time. Transfer to a container and store.

Run through damp hair for shiny, hydrated locks!

What are your go-to hair products??

Naturally,

Ari
