Chicken Flatbread Pizza
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place your flatbread crusts on a baking sheet or stone.
Spread an even layer of the cauliflower sauce on the flatbread crust. Shred the chicken and add it on top of the sauce.
Grate some fresh mozzarella cheese over the pizza. Top with fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes.
Put the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust begins to crisp and the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and slice. Enjoy!
