Subscription Saturday: GreenBlender

Hola, amigos!

Welcome to the third week of my Subscription Saturday series! I went over the details behind this series this post! Just to refresh you, here’s a little tidbit from that post on what you should expect:

“I’ll be sharing those [gift and subscription services] that align with health or wellness in some form or another. So you’ll see a wide range of boxes that offer organic and/or natural products, that promote a healthy and active lifestyle, that support mental, spiritual or emotional wellness, that bring awareness to a good cause, and that are locally sourced and support small businesses.”

This week, I’m sharing a subscription service that’s perfect for smoothie lovers (like myself) – GreenBlender! GreenBlender is a service that sends you 5 smoothie recipes each week, and the perfect portions of produce and superfoods to make these smoothies. Every recipe is carefully crafted to ensure that your smoothie is delicious and packed with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein and fiber. Each recipe comes with enough goods to make 2 smoothies, so you can share your smoothies with a loved one, or have 10 smoothies for yourself each week! GreenBlender prides themselves on providing quality produce and superfoods by working with organic and local farms.

GreenBlender has changed the smoothie game, at least for me! I absolutely love making smoothies and smoothie bowls but I end up using the same ingredients every time, so my body doesn’t get a diverse supply of nutrients. GreenBlender has unique recipes that I haven’t even thought of trying before, so it helped me to diversify my diet. I also love that each recipe had a superfood of some sort with it, whether it was mangosteen, wheatgrass powder, etc. Buying these add-ins can be expensive, and it’s hard to try them before you actually make the big purchase. I love that these were included, so I had a chance to try these superfoods out! Finally, I love how GreenBlender sends you the perfect portions of produce. I usually end up adding too much or too little to my smoothies, so this was amazing for preventing waste!
