Soothing Bed Time Bath Soak

Hi hi, my sweet friends!

I hope you’ve had a wonderful Monday – mine has been very eventful so far, and I have a feeling the rest of the week is going to follow the trend. With graduation less than a week away, I have my plate full! I feel like the world is completely whirling around me right now, and I need a moment to just breathe and relax. I’m sure some of you feel the same way!

That’s why this week’s natural DIY recipe is absolutely perfect. I’ve created a soothing bed time bath soak for those of you who just need a way to unwind at the end of a long day. Mother’s Day is also right around the corner, so this is perfect for those of you who love to make personalized gifts for your mother. This was actually inspired by my mother (and gifted to her) because she often unwinds by taking a bath.

This recipe is very simple to make, so if you’re new to natural DIY-ing, have no fear – this recipe is perfect for you!

Ingredients:

Pour the epsom salt and course himalayan sea salt into a jar and shake.

Add the dried lavender and dried chamomile to the salt and shake again. It’s a little tricky to get the flowers incorporated into the salt evenly, so don’t worry too much about it.

Once the flowers and salt are evenly mixed, add in 20 drops of lavender essential oil and shake again.

That’s all there is to it! Add a scoop or two into your bath water and relax! : )

What are your favorite ways to unwind from a busy day?

Naturally,

Ari
